As anybody who
lives in a rural setting knows barns, sheds and outbuildings
contain hundreds of thousands of dollars of equipment, tools and
personal property. It also well known that most of the time
these buildings remain unlocked and unsecured, often for good
reason. Unfortunately this is a well know fact to
individuals who have a penchant for breaking and entering.
Such facilities make and easy and attractive target.
